A type of high intensity interval training "HIIT" Why go all the way to the gym when you can get an amazing workout right in your neighborhood before work or the kids are even up? Join Jamik for this early morning EXPRESS 30-minute high-intensity training class as he works to help you build strength and endurance and push your body to its limits with cardio and bodyweight exercises. HIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise but in a shorter amount of time. These benefits include decreases in body fat, heart rate, and blood pressure. HIIT may also help lower blood sugar Track your progress and challenge yourself by completing each round five times. Join alone or with a friend for fun and friendly competition. Please bring a mat.
