A type of high intensity interval training "HIIT" Commitment to this workout by attending 2 days will help you achieve your goals! HIIT Express with Jamik — Get In, Get Fit, Get Going! Why go all the way to the gym when you can crush a full-body workout right in your neighborhood before the sun comes up—or the kids even open their eyes? Join Jamik for this 30-minute early morning HIIT Express class designed to build strength, boost endurance, and push your body to its limits with heart-pumping cardio and bodyweight exercises. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) delivers big results in less time—burn fat, lower blood pressure, and improve heart health, all before 7 a.m. Track your progress, challenge yourself, and finish strong by completing each round five times. Whether you're flying solo or bringing a friend for some friendly competition, this class is the perfect way to jumpstart your day. What to bring: Just your energy, a water bottle, and a mat! Location: RV Community Center or Mark Lane Sports Complex Tuesdays and Fridays Time: 6:00–6:30 AM * 2 make-up sessions in future series
