Get ready to reduce stress and burn calories with one of the best cardio exercises available. Cardio Kickboxing is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT). These exercises encourage your muscles to exert maximum force for short intervals of time. Learn Kickboxing and Self Defense techniques through our 45 minute full body workout from a highly trained, certified kickboxing instructor. In every class we guarantee you will burn fat, relieve stress and above all, have fun. The music will keep you wanting to move just as much as the instructor while you punch, kick, and workout!
